1 Peter 2:24 “ He Himself bore our sins in His body on the tree, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by His stripes you have been healed.”
O Lord, again I thank you! I ask forgiveness for all of the times I missed Your mark of holiness, ignored Your commands, and spoken, or thought, ill of a brother. You bore ALL of MY sin Yourself out of love for ME, a wretched sinner.
“Love so amazing, so divine, demands my soul, my life, my ALL!” What more is there to say? I must die to sin and life for righteousness…no alternative is given, no loophole to wiggle through. My life is no longer my own, but His, and because of His great sacrifice on my behalf, I can offer Him nothing less.
