People Pleaser or God Pleaser?

1 Corinthians 4:3 "I care very little if I am judged by you or by any human court; indeed, I do not even judge myself."

      Lord, am I a people pleaser? Unfortunately, in some cases I think I may still be.  In my flesh, I want people to like me and approve of what I say and do.  Lord, please forgive me!  If You are pleased, that is all that should ever matter.
      In the United States today, there will be a bit of a showdown between those who believe in the biblical standard of marriage between a man and a woman and those who believe in same sex marriage.  It is Chick-fil-a Appreciation Day.  I am so glad that the owner and COO of that restaurant chain are taking a stand even if it means not being allowed to put a restaurant in Boston MA!  Lord, please bless that company in a huge way today.
      I know it will not be long before all Christ Followers will be put to the test in the USA and around the world as the end is nearer now than ever in history.  May I, like Paul, not really care if I am judged by the world as long as You can judge me and find me faithful and blameless.
